About AppealDraft

Good arguments deserve a brief the court will accept.

Every year, appeals are delayed or dismissed not because the arguments were weak but because the brief didn’t follow the rules: a missing table of authorities, the wrong font, sections out of order, no record citations, an appendix without page numbers. People representing themselves are hit hardest, and busy lawyers lose hours on the same mechanical work.

AppealDraft does that work. You upload the brief you wrote and the documents from the record; we apply the rules of the court you’re appealing to — every U.S. Court of Appeals, the appellate courts of all 50 states and D.C., and municipal appeals — and give you back a brief and appendix in Word and PDF.

What we don’t do

We are not a law firm and we don’t give legal advice. The AI we use is instructed to keep your arguments, facts and authorities exactly as you made them and never to invent a citation. It doesn’t research the law or tell you whether your appeal will succeed. You remain responsible for your brief and for filing it on time.
